Who we are

Watchline Group ("Watchline", "we") is a Massachusetts-based prime contract services firm for state and local government work. You can reach us at chris@ssgrowthadvisors.com.

What we collect

Directory application data you submit through our form: company name, trade or service type, towns served, years in business, crew size, licensing and insurance status, contact name, phone, email, and how you heard about us.
Correspondence when you email us or book a call.
Basic technical logs collected by our hosting provider (Vercel) to operate and secure the site, such as IP address and request data.

This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

How we use it

To evaluate directory applications and respond to you.
To match approved directory firms with contract opportunities.
To operate, secure, and improve the site.

We do not sell personal information.

Where it's stored

Application data is stored in Notion (our applicant database) and processed through Vercel (our hosting provider). Both act as service providers on our behalf.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers above, or if the law requires it. If we ever propose your firm for a specific contract, we'll coordinate with you first.

Retention

We keep application data while your application is active or while your firm is in the directory. Email us to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.
